Background and Professional Experience
Throughout the course Mr. Siracusa’s career, he and his partner, Joseph W. Janssen, III, Esq., have represented thousands of clients in property and marine insurance coverage cases, complex business litigation, construction defect claims, admiralty, personal injuries, wrongful death and land use in the state and federal trial courts throughout Florida.
Mr. Siracusa is a course provider for the Florida Department of Financial Services and has lectured at the Windstorm Conferences in New Orleans and Orlando on forced place insurance.
Mr. Siracusa is also a licensed commercial pilot, certified flight instructor and retired U.S. Merchant Marine Captain.
