Biography
Mr. Janssen devotes his practice to litigation of complex matters, and has extensive trial and appellate experience in the State and Federal Courts of Florida. Currently, Mr. Janssen serves as trial counsel in regard to commercial claims; residential property insurance coverage and bad faith cases, environmental claims; as well as litigation involving lending, admiralty and maritime personal injury claims. He has represented many commercial and private marinas, as well commercial and pleasure charter clients.
