Trent Joseph Swift is an attorney licensed to practice law in the states of Florida and New York, the federal district courts for the middle and southern districts of Florida, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Swift has advocated on behalf of his clients in myriad matters from breach of contract and defective construction, to excessive force. Mr. Swift prides himself on providing the tailored individual representation that makes boutique litigation growingly preferential to clients over big law firms impersonal approach.
Mr. Swift is a native of south Florida and is active in the local south Florida community. His pro bono practice focuses on assisting under privileged and developmentally delayed individuals with the legal advice necessary to have their interests protected.
Mr. Swift received his bachelors from New York University with a major in political science and a minor in economics. He received his JD degree in 2010. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Justice Association, and the New York State Bar Association.
Mr. Swift is of counsel to Janssen, Siracusa, & Keegan PLLC and partner with the firm on New York insurance coverage cases.
